Les présentes conditions générales d'utilisation (CGU) régissent l'accès et l'utilisation de l'application mobile YIGIL (ci‑après « l'Application ») éditée par YIGIL Education. L'Application est une plateforme d'apprentissage en ligne destinée aux élèves, enseignants et parents du système éducatif camerounais (francophone et anglophone). En utilisant l'Application, vous acceptez sans réserve les présentes CGU.
L'utilisation de l'Application est subordonnée à l'acceptation préalable et pleine des présentes CGU. En créant un compte ou en accédant à l'Application, vous reconnaissez avoir lu, compris et accepté ces conditions. Si vous n'acceptez pas ces conditions, vous ne devez pas utiliser l'Application.
YIGIL propose aux utilisateurs :
Pour accéder à certaines fonctionnalités, vous devez créer un compte avec une adresse e‑mail valide et un mot de passe. Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de vos identifiants et de toutes les activités effectuées sous votre compte. Vous vous engagez à fournir des informations exactes et à les mettre à jour si nécessaire. YIGIL se réserve le droit de suspendre ou de supprimer tout compte en cas de violation des présentes CGU.
L'Application et son contenu (textes, illustrations, logos, vidéos, exercices, etc.) sont la propriété exclusive de YIGIL Education ou de ses partenaires. Ils sont protégés par les lois camerounaises et internationales sur le droit d'auteur et la propriété intellectuelle. Toute reproduction, représentation, distribution ou adaptation, partielle ou totale, est interdite sans l'accord écrit préalable de YIGIL. Les utilisateurs conservent la propriété des contenus qu'ils créent (réponses, notes, dépôts de fichiers), mais accordent à YIGIL une licence non exclusive pour les utiliser dans le cadre du service.
YIGIL met tout en œuvre pour assurer la qualité et la disponibilité de l'Application, mais ne garantit pas une disponibilité ininterrompue ou une absence d'erreurs. L'Application est fournie « en l'état » et « selon disponibilité ». YIGIL n'est pas responsable :
Les données personnelles collectées via l'Application sont traitées conformément à notre Politique de confidentialité. En utilisant l'Application, vous consentez à ce traitement. Vous disposez d'un droit d'accès, de rectification et de suppression de vos données, que vous pouvez exercer en nous contactant.
YIGIL se réserve le droit de suspendre ou résilier votre compte à tout moment, sans préavis, en cas de violation des présentes CGU ou de comportement préjudiciable. Vous pouvez également supprimer votre compte à tout moment depuis l'Application ou en nous contactant. La résiliation entraîne la perte d'accès aux fonctionnalités payantes, sans remboursement des sommes déjà versées (sauf disposition légale contraire).
L'Application propose un modèle économique freemium. L'accès à certaines fonctionnalités premium est payant. Les tarifs sont indiqués dans l'Application et peuvent être modifiés à tout moment. Les paiements sont sécurisés et effectués par l'intermédiaire de prestataires tiers (Google Play, App Store, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money). Toute demande de remboursement est soumise aux conditions des prestataires de paiement.
L'Application peut contenir des liens vers des sites web ou des services tiers. YIGIL n'est pas responsable du contenu de ces sites ni de leurs pratiques de confidentialité. Nous vous invitons à lire les conditions d'utilisation de ces services.
YIGIL se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes CGU à tout moment. Les modifications entrent en vigueur dès leur publication dans l'Application. Si vous continuez à utiliser l'Application après la publication des modifications, cela vaut acceptation des nouvelles conditions. Nous vous informerons des changements importants par notification dans l'Application ou par e‑mail.
Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit camerounais. Tout litige relatif à l'interprétation ou à l'exécution des présentes CGU sera soumis à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux de Yaoundé (Cameroun).
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the YIGIL mobile application ("the App"), published by YIGIL Education. The App is an online learning platform for students, teachers, and parents within Cameroon's educational system (both French‑speaking and English‑speaking). By using the App, you accept these Terms without reservation.
Use of the App is subject to your prior and full acceptance of these Terms. By creating an account or accessing the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
YIGIL offers users:
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed. YIGIL reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms.
The App and its content (texts, illustrations, logos, videos, exercises, etc.) are the exclusive property of YIGIL Education or its partners. They are protected by Cameroonian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, distribution, or adaptation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent from YIGIL. Users retain ownership of content they create (answers, notes, file uploads), but grant YIGIL a non‑exclusive licence to use them as part of the service.
YIGIL endeavours to ensure the quality and availability of the App, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. The App is provided "as is" and "as available". YIGIL is not liable for:
Personal data collected via the App is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to this processing. You have rights of access, rectification, and deletion of your data, which you may exercise by contacting us.
YIGIL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice in case of violation of these Terms or prejudicial conduct. You may also delete your account at any time from the App or by contacting us. Termination results in loss of access to paid features, without refund of amounts already paid (unless otherwise required by law).
The App follows a freemium model. Access to certain premium features is paid. Prices are indicated in the App and may be changed at any time. Payments are secure and processed through third‑party providers (Google Play, App Store, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money). Any refund request is subject to the terms of the payment providers.
The App may contain links to external websites or services. YIGIL is not responsible for the content of those sites or their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the terms of use of those services.
YIGIL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published in the App. If you continue to use the App after changes are published, you accept the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via notification in the App or by email.
These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yaoundé (Cameroon).
